Did that creature known as Freddy K get banned here?
Because all his LA fanboyism, stupid logic, and passive-aggressively obnoxious personality all seems to have transferred over to this new Stacks creature.

Pretty much the same exact typing style as well.
Yea. Noticed that from the first post pretty much.
Yes, I'm serious It'd be hard to provide examples of places that don't exist.
We have few if any of those here. Outside of existing town centers, a similar design would require a zoning variance. Your example looks rather different from an old downtown, much more separated from the surrounding neighborhood:
I voted Boston, so much history in the suburbs that were small villages that had significance in Colonial times (Lexington, Concord, Salem, etc.). Plus a lot of the architecture and city designs are older, which gives it a nice charm and is refreshing from the strip mall/chain restaurant suburbia in a lot of newer metros

Thats the thing Philly and boston burbs lack highways and wide boulevards. The nimby's wouldn't have it. There is very strict zoning. A huge boon for the Philly area would be to get rail out to KoP. They are trying to build walkable areas, but it will be worthless without rail. If KoP got rail it would be a beast. They're trying to turn it into a Casino resort with Valley forge and The mall. Does LA have casinos, or do you have to go to vegas for that?
Come to think of it Vegas might be more interesting than LA. It's the financial capital for degenerates. Chicago is more interesting than LA because it is a politicol capital of sorts.

LA's closest casino is San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino. It's about an hour away without traffic, but Vegas is so close that it's the "true" casino destination for SoCal residents.
I put Miami cause the suburbs includes areas in the Everglades and the Florida Keys. I understand Key Largo is within commuting distance of Miami.
The Las Vegas Strip is technically in the suburb of Paradise, NV. A lot of the suburban areas in the Las Vegas Valley are quite lovely.
