Oh, so glad Chicago and Philly are not in this mix. Let me start....

Toronto has 250,000 residents in a urban core of 6.5 sq/miles and rising as much as 10,000 a year. Forgive me for not voting. OK next......

I would definitely say not Minneapolis. Their downtown is not terribly vibrant. Most of the people downtown are waiting at the bus stops. Otherwise, it's awfully quiet.

Minneapolis has a good downtown among its peers, like on a Denver level. But it's not in this group.

I just helped with what keeps getting posted in other threads in population stats of a Core all who discuss Toronto agree. US cities generally have much smaller Cores officially used and Greater areas of their Cores to match Toronto's is arbitrary then.

This thread has all much smaller cities in city proper's in particular to Toronto. Taking out Chicago and Philly merely means Toronto finally wins a thread. SF use to win threads but its boosters stopped in most threads. One recently was even banned. So there seems little chance this thread has a long run? But never say never. Little to debate here.....
