I posted this because Louisville also has not one, but now TWO zombie walks ,and there is apparently some animosity between them.

Louisville's biggest walk claimed 42,000 last year....that would make it among the largest even though Minneapolis, Toronto, and a couple others are probably more well known.
I encourage anyone near by to come check out Louisville this Saturday, August 26th for the Zombie Walk:
About The LZW – Louisville Zombie Walk!

The Louisville Zombie Attack is actually the originally Zombie walk, started in 2005:

About The LZW – Louisville Zombie Walk!

Does your city have a zombie attack not in the Top 10? Any other cities with two zombie walks? I went to the one in Richmond last year, and it was awesome, but a bit smaller than the one in Louisville.

A sure sign that a scene is about to collapse is infighting. For better or worse the whole zombie thing ate itself and will certainly completely burn out once The Walking Dead films its final season whenever that may be. Already they have reached a saturation point in movies in pop culture with the occasional standout, but mainly it's poised to go back underground. George A. Romero passing serves as a symbolic bookend to the phenomena.

Montreal has a massive zombie walk as well that takes over downtown. It started off in 2008, now it's at the 15,000 per year range, so similar to Toronto. I'm actually surprised it's not on this list, compared to the ones I've been to in other cities, the one in MTL had the most creative zombie costumes I've seen so far.

I will be wherever there is NOT something happening called a zombie walk. I know that much. Too many other things to do.
