But all jokes aside, Baltimore is a ****h0le of a city and I don't know what kind of masochistic mentally disability you need to have to put it above Toronto. Come at me.
It's well known that you keep your wallet in your shoe in Baltimore. That way, when your pants are ripped off your legs, the robber only gets cheap ripped pants (cheap if you planned properly). That's when they realize the joke is on them.

Not sure if this is recent but those people are clear for all to see on camera, I hope the Police caught and jailed their worthless asses.

That was the weirdest thing. The incident got lots of publicity when it happened because it happened right in downtown Baltimore and the victim was a tourist. I've heard of people getting jumped before, but the fact that they were more interested in stripping his pants off than anything else was just plain weird and disturbing at the same time. Erotic thugs, lol. Only in Baltimore!!!

Imagine having to tell your buddies how your vacation went when returning home. That guy probably tenses up every time someone asks him "hey, how was Baltimore?"
Many of these restaurants were, in my opinion, mediocre. Those that have closed in my neighborhood have been superseded by better ones that have opened.
That's true, it's unfair to Baltimore to compare it to Toronto, and not mention tons of amenities that people in Baltimore have available to them in a 30 mile radius south of them, that is unless we are sticking to the city proper. Can someone in Toronto take the train for an easy commute to the Smithsonian or see the US Capitol? No. A Baltimore resident can with ease, this is an advantage IMO.
Either way I think Baltimore City alone wins on a couple categories like weather and COL.
If we do a Baltimore vs. Toronto thread we should also do a DC vs. Hamilton one, just saying....

Unlike Torontonians and their pitifully low self esteem, I don't think Washingtonians have anything to prove to anyone.
