Then Dallas after that, then Atlanta and Houston after that. Though it should be noted that Atlanta and Houston have cut into some of Miami and Dallas' range in recent years thanks to Oliver McMillan (as has Washington D.C., for that matter). This may help.

If you go by GLM's annual fashion capital rankings, Dallas is the capital of the south in this regard. Now if you're talking about what people wear on a daily basis rather than fashion events and all that, I'd say New Orleans. Other cities I don't know much about and Miami just copies trends from elsewhere.

That list is a mess, it has Vegas ahead of LA, and Berlin ahead of Tokyo. lol...
I don’t see how any one would place Dallas so high, truthfully.
