Why do I get the feeling that Dallas and Houston will be ranked high on this list...?

Only one of these cities has a cowboy as a tourist attraction, so I guess that gets my vote.

The redneck areas of the Albuquerque metro are Torrance County (only 17,000 people), northern Sandoval County in the Jemez (hunting areas and cabins), areas of the East Mountains, and parts of Valencia County (Mexican rednecks). Albuquerque has a good number of Mexican cowboy-types that are fairly similar to rednecks. A lot of Mexican immigrants like country music as well. I know a lot of country music is fairly similar to pop nowadays, but still, we're talking people that liked Garth Brooks in the nineties and Toby Keith in the 2000s.

Because of all this I'd put Albuquerque somewhere in the middle. Rednecks are certainly not a huge presence here, though.

Cities by default are not redneck. Rednecks like rural areas and maybe low density suburbs.

Is this just an exercise in getting everyone to say that OKC is redneck?
