Flint has pretty cloudy, cold, snowy winters and is a pretty economically depressed city. Impoverished and suffering from inner city blight since many manufacturing plants closed up shop decades ago, Flint is not a vibrant city and one that most people would probably choose to move away from unless they have family there.
El Paso is completely opposite geography and weather-wise, with a mostly desert climate and sunny days the majority of the year, with minimal rainfall and abundant warm weather. Economically, it is growing but not booming. Also, a larger city than Flint, in both metro area and city population.
Wow, Flint looks awful lol. I never thought any place could be worse than El Paso.
Clearly you must have skipped half the cities in the U.S. El Paso is an average city at best the only negative is that it is small and isolated, and if diversity is important it is very un-diverse.
