Which city is better in terms of entertainment, friendliness, nightlife, and safety?

Both cities are horrible, but at least most people in Flint speak English. That's not to mention Flint has more of an "East, West, Home's best" vibe.

El Paso, hands-down. Is this poll for real LOL

Flint has pretty cloudy, cold, snowy winters and is a pretty economically depressed city. Impoverished and suffering from inner city blight since many manufacturing plants closed up shop decades ago, Flint is not a vibrant city and one that most people would probably choose to move away from unless they have family there.

El Paso is completely opposite geography and weather-wise, with a mostly desert climate and sunny days the majority of the year, with minimal rainfall and abundant warm weather. Economically, it is growing but not booming. Also, a larger city than Flint, in both metro area and city population.

LOL is this a joke?

I genuinely feel bad for Flint, I'm sure it used to be nice place, and im sure there are still tons of nice people there.

That said, come on. El Paso beats it in every objective metric and many subjective ones too.

Clearly you must have skipped half the cities in the U.S. El Paso is an average city at best the only negative is that it is small and isolated, and if diversity is important it is very un-diverse.
