I'll give Baltimore culture and weather, but Toronto wins very one other category.

This feels like another one of those set up polls started by an insecure Canadian. Why don't they ever put up Toronto vs. New York? Or Toronto vs. Paris or London?

Baltimore, because it's flat out better in some categories like weather, and close to and shares a CSA with DC. Therefore all is not lost for Bmore here.

Same CSA dude. We all associate Baltimore with DC.
