I would not rank austin and dallas over atlanta. Dc right under Atlanta
Do the bars still have to close super early on Sunday (the Lord's day) in Atlanta? I remember everyone had to be out of the bar before midnight so some places would start last call and such at 11:30 PM. The funny thing to me was why this mattered because after midnight would be Monday.
Atlanta or Georgia rather has weird alcohol laws too and "Happy Hour" was illegal. Not sure if it still is or not.
