I think I’d go with Tulsa due to Art Deco influence. While it’s a nice place to live and has a roaring economy Raleigh’s downtown is somewhat underwhelming.
Downtown Sacramento or Downtown Hartford?
Probably downtown Hartford. Seems more urban. Downtown Oakland or Downtown Long Beach?
Downtown Columbus. Between the Riversouth area, Arena District and the continuous flow of activity along High Street into the Short North, Downtown Columbus easily.

Downtown Orlando or Downtown Phoenix?
Downtown Orlando. It is shameful that Phoenix downtown is what it is. Resembles more of a Jacksonville rather than the 5th largest metro area.
