Demographically speaking, there are plenty of Northeastern cities that have a very similar Puerto Rican/Dominican/AA population mix as the Bronx, just not as high a percentage or population. You can essentially pick any city proper over 50,000 from Northern DE and SE PA up to Massachusetts and find a neighborhood with the criteria.

Now if you want a place that is not only demographically similar to the Bronx, but also infrastructurally similar, North Philadelphia is probably it. But it's not a complete analogue, as North Philly lacks the huge high rises that characterize much of the Bronx.

As for OP's question, parts of North Philly might work
In terms of the question, maybe in terms of neighborhoods(parts of Buffalo’s West Side, parts of Rochester’s NW and NE Quadrants, Syracuse’s Near West Side, etc.), but not as a whole.

A lot of the Blacks in the Bronx are West Indian...I don't think there is anywhere similar to the Bronx outside of other areas of NYC itself...although it may be possible that certain parts of Boston have a case

That sounds like a lot of black people for a place in Colorado. What is the area with the highest percentage of blacks in the state? Outside of Denver?

You probably are mistaken the Bronx for Brooklyn. The Bronx black population is mainly African american, West African (Ghanian), and the only two West Indian groups with large numbers are Jamaican and somewhat Guyanese.

Brooklyn blacks are by mostly West Indian with a much larger and more diverse West Indian culture than the Bronx.

Boston but also parts o NJ like Orange, Irvington and Hillside. Let’s not forget Florida specifically Broward County!

Not mistaking anything for anything...there are a lot of Jamaicans in the Bronx...it was specifically mentioned that the two main groups of Hispanics are PRs and DRs in the Bronx but Blacks were all lumped together...just pointing out that a proper comparison with the Bronx should reflect Black Caribbean Islanders as well

I don't know how true that is. Mott Haven and Riverdale don't feel the same to me. A large chunk of the borough is similar, though.

There are Puerto Ricans and Dominicans in Aurora?

North Philly also lacks the midrise buildings

I took this as a joke post, simply trolling with racial percentages. Aurora is not dense, has a mostly Mexican Latino population, and resembles the Bronx in no way, shape or form.

Very true. There are some midrise buildings/churches along N Broad St, and newer buildings being built as Temple U and gentrification kicks in, but N. Philly is predominately 3 stories and below.

Besides the obvious scale discrepancy, that's probably the biggest difference in infrastructure between N. Philadelphia and the Bronx (and the two cities themselves, really)--the height of buildings and street width.

North Philadelphia looks like this:

https://www.google.com/maps/place/Lo...!4d-75.1324001

https://www.google.com/maps/place/Ti...!4d-75.1338119

https://www.google.com/maps/place/Ke...!4d-75.1107715

https://www.google.com/maps/place/N+...!4d-75.1514106

While the Bronx looks like this:

https://www.google.com/maps/place/Br...!4d-73.9082832

https://www.google.com/maps/uv?hl=en...8lh3-vacVdhDCw

https://www.google.com/maps/uv?hl=en...IM2GM8f6JbKMxg

https://www.google.com/maps/place/Ki...!4d-73.9051185

North Broad St is probably the closest in look to some areas of the Bronx, and that's due to height and width.
