I like the light tourism and airport convenience of Loudoun county. But I'd probably chose to live in Forsyth County because it's cheaper, has a more appealing housing stock, and a more laid back lifestyle. I also like how despite its recent rapid growth, it's still keeps a somewhat rural scenic feel, Loudoun county is basically a continuation of Fairfax at this point.
Location is subjective but overall it still seems like a draw.
I would say being centrally located along the East coast and part of the Bos-Wash corridor along with having a major airport within county lines is a big advantage..also the silver line making it's way into the area connecting it to the primary city of the area is include in the location advantage. If it's all subjective then even COL is up for grabs considering Loudoun county is one of the wealthiest counties in the country and in perspective COL is appropriate for the residents.

Loudoun might have the edge if we're considering distance from the urban core.
Washington to Ashburn VA = 26.01 mi.
Atlanta to Cumming GA = 34.74 mi.
