Expensive cities logically wouldn't win this sort of thing...high-paid workers move there, but others don't.

Very interesting article. Memphians think Nashville is the promise land. Chicagoans are populating many cities as well like Atlanta and Vagas.

I've noticed a lot of students coming to Murfreesboro/Antioch areas for college. You would think there was a natural disaster from the Illinois and Missouri tags flooding in as well.
