If it wasn't that, I wouldn't have a clue. As I said before, a lot coming up from Chicago, as they have discovered Milwaukee, but other than those two things, I don't know. Big Harley events draw thousands, as does Summerfest.

I really need to get back to Milwaukee. I used to go every year in the early 90s for Summerfest. I was last in town almost 3 years ago on a visit to Chicago.

Louisville has really boomed in the last 3 years and its not really showing in population stats (at least estimates, it certainly FEELS like more people around with traffic and now the widening of THREE major freeways planned in Louisville). Is Milwaukee the same way?

I think the two are kin cities, very urban, historical, walkable, and surprisingly cultured midsized cities that fly under the radar. Glad to see them have an obvious business and tourist demand by being top 4 in hotel growth demand.
