Since the majority of skyline growth (and growth in general) has occurred in the south the past decade, which metro area has added the most mid to high rise development RELATIVE to where they were 10 years ago?
And which towers are more cohesive and blends in well with pre-existing development to contribute the skyline’s massiveness?
Excluding Miami who has seen the most? Are we talking about the main central districts e.g. in Atlanta Downtown/Midtown and maybe even Buckhead, Downtown/Uptown in Dallas or are we including towers that have been built in suburban areas as well like Perimeter/Cumberland for Atlanta.. Plano/Frisco for Dallas?

Orlando isn't going to rank high in this regard anytime soon, especially due to the fact that height is heavily restricted due to the executive airport being directly adjacent to downtown. As a result, most buildings being built are or have been at around 15-20 stories. There have been a few occasional 300-400 footers, but there won't be any impressive towers in its downtown in the near future. The skyline is nice regardless, but remains limited.
In this poll, it's hard not to vote Miami.
