According to Phorio https://en.phorio.com/?t=overview®ion=944437506, it has 28 completed buildings 200ft and above. The list doesn't include tv / radio towers, stadiums, buildings under construction or proposed buildings.
Nashville is no slouch there building up a storm(remind me of Austin a bit) not just in there cbd but in the immediate surrounding areas the then and now pictures are crazy and will continue to change.......but I voted for Charlotte love the sleek and stylish skyline they got and they have many building going up themselves but are a bit under the radar for a change they also tend to build a bit taller on average as well just a very pretty city.

I dont know what site that is sir but you can go to the Charlotte wikipedia page for the list of buildings and you can count them yourself. No disrespect but I work in Uptown Charlotte and you can clearly see there are way more than 28....

That's fine. I'm not sure if there is a site that accurately tracks building info. I've been to Charlotte a number of times and its skyline is pretty small. So whether the number is 28, 35, 42, or 50, it's still not very big.
