The battle begins! Which of these three suburbs have the best high rise development?

Rate them on:

Skyline
Overall number of highrises
Height of highrises
Transit Oriented Development
Anything else you want

This is more than just a skyline thread. Please rate on all the above criteria, or on anything you want!

I say Arlington. Mississauga may have the most concentrated skyline and the tallest buildings, but Arlington seems to have at least as many as Mississauga, and you have very well integrated Transit Oriented Development with the DC Metro in Crystal City, Rosslyn, and Ballston. Mississauga only has BRT and the GO Train.

All of these have a "now" state and a "coming soon" state.

Downtown Mississaugua has the largest skyline but much of it's mostly spread out and suburban. It's more like apartment towers between the mall and subdivisions.

Downtown Arlington might be the most cohesive currently, but it's limited in scale, and buildings tend to be set back.

Downtown Bellevue is building in the most urban way, but won't have rail transit for four years an it has some gaps. An upzone to 600' for its core appears to be unleashing a wave of towers at that height.
