I tried posting this on reddit but the post immediately got taken down because it exceeded a 250 character count limit. I didn't know where to ask this so I went on google found this forum and made an account.

I have family in LA and Las Vegas so I have to be like 7 hour drive from there at most. I also currently live in Henderson Nevada

I'll rate the criteria 1-10 based on importance:

I'd like the cost of living (food and housing) to be the cheapest possible. - 10

I'd like access to high speed internet. - 8

I'd like a place where I won't have bad allergy problems from pollen. - 8

I'd like a place with a little bit of humidity because the desert is giving me throat problems. - 8

I'd like the average income to be high. - 6

I'd like the unemployment rate to be low. - 6

I'd like the crime rate to be low. - 7

I'd like it to be a smaller city of 20,000-100,000 - 7

I'd like it to not snow much. - 6

I'd like it to not get too hot out in the summer. - 6

I'd like there to be a high amount of young women I could have a chance to date. - 7

I'd like the roads to be well taken care of. - 6

I'd like there to be friendly people. - 5

Inland Empire (specifically Redlands) sounds perfect for your needs, only if you can handle the high heat in the Summer

hmm house prices there might be too expensive for me still at an average of $418,400. Although it shows San Bernardino right next door as being much cheaper

San Bernadino from my understandibg is pretty high crime and not the best run cities, which is why it's more affordable.

Riverside may be another option though.
