Harrisburg has a great skyline for 50,000 people.

Richmond should have definitely made the list. It has a nicer skyline then the Virginia cities mentioned and its tallest building is only 449ft.

It has 3 buildings over 400 feet, so it's not for this particular poll.

But I do love its skyline. I'd like to see a lot more infill, and I think that'll happen.

Few nice ones:
Reno
Chattanooga
Knoxville
Wilmington (city itself is a mess but...)
Grand Rapids
Asheville
VA Beach
Harrisburg
New Haven

Why is Fargo on this list? Basically no skyline lol....Prettiest downtown in ND is Bismarck anyways.

The video below is a compilation review of some of the projects that are in progress, or were completed over the last couple of years in Grand Rapids. It also gives a pretty good feel for the skyline. I as a homer definitely think my city is underrated.

Not really sure which one is the best, but I do like Asheville's with the mountains as a backdrop to the buildings. Nice setting.

That's actually a common feature of several of the skylines on this list. But I think the architecture of some of Asheville's most notable buildings makes it a bit distinct.

Buffalo (not polled) also has only 1 building above 400 feet (Seneca One is over 500 feet) with 2 other buildings falling just under 400 feet (City Hall at 398, and Rand at 391). Street view does not give the best representation of the skyline, but here are a couple of views:
