So I'm going on a trip for my birthday in February, and I've narrowed it down to 3 places:
Austin, Atlanta, and Miami.
My main focuses are nightlife and food, however I also want to do other things in the daytime like going to a shooting range, people watching, and cultural events.
I would like some help deciding, mainly based off how fun the nightlife is.
Location: Miami (prev. NY, Atlanta, SF, OC and San Diego)

Miami would be your best choice but also most expensive one.
February is high season. It is warm enough to hang at the beach, go in the ocean, hit a pool party, Stone crabs are in season, hit a great club and/or lounge (E11even is open 24 hours), and there are a couple of cool events that month including The Coconut Grove Arts Festival and South Beach Wine and Food Festival.
Wynwood does have a shooting range as well as graffiti art and craft breweries (though please shoot before you drink).

Has dive bars...in downtown Miami check out Mama Tried, Lost Boy and Jaguar Sun. The River area has The Wharf Miami—collection of indoor and outdoor bars with food trucks on the water. Wynwood has Wood Tavern.
South Beach has Sweet Liberty, Broken Shaker, South Pointe Tavern, Ted’s Hideaway, etc. watch out for Ocean Drive—tourist traps and high prices at many, not all, places.
Google above places.
