Raleigh, although Toledo no doubt has better examples of "classic" skyscraper architecture. I'm not exactly enthused about Raleigh's skyline but it beats Toledo's small skyline.

Austin or Nashvile?
This is a good comparison. Both are nice and had some buildings that were architecturally unique. I do vote for Nashville overall though.
