Portland - its cityscape stretching along the river has more charm than Bellevue and its glassy, edge-city skyline.

Seattle has a nice skyline combined with a beautiful natural setting, but Manhattan's can't be topped from certain angles.

They seem very similar. Almost can't tell them apart. I'll give it to Tampa..seems like it has a slightly better overall shape--> More like a mountain and less like a plateau.
