Russia's murder rate has fallen below the US's for 2 straight years (2018 and 2019). Probably will this year too.

Cleveland is at 145, surpassing last year's total of 144. Looks like it will end around 175, which I'm guessing would be a near record rate (roughly 46 per 100K).

Wasn't it just a decade ago that Cleveland's homicide rate was in in the 16-20 range?

Good luck finding that out. The norm is obscurity and rhetoric.

They claim they’ve got crime under control...with a huge unrealistic precipitous drop form 2014 to 2015 https://www.macrotrends.net/cities/u...ate-statistics

Yet they have to conduct federal a raid here monthly... https://www.southcoasttoday.com/news...oject-guardian
Ha.

That's incredible, considering its national rate was higher than Mexico's within this millennium.
