Charlotte finished at 122, the most since 1993. In 2018 there were 57 homicides. Large spike and something I hope we can slow down, crime has risen a bit the past couple years...
Anyone have numbers on other NC cities? I think Greensboro was in the midst of a historic spike.

Flint, until December 27th, saw 55 homicides: link. An increase of 41% over last year. With a population of 95.5k, this gives a homicide rate of 57.6. In addition, apparently a 51 year old man went missing and likely got shot on 31st of December: article in Mlive.
Is there a ranking yet for 2020 with all the usual suspects like Chicago, St. Louis, Cleveland, Newark, Camden, East St. Louis, New Orleans, Jackson, Baton Rouge, Detroit, Saginaw, Baltimore, Philly, Harvey, Memphis, DC, Gary, Chester, Milwaukee, Atlanta, Dayton, Kansas City, and Pittsburgh?

Pittsburgh probably don’t belong or won’t be on any list
