Im putting Westchase Houston at #15. I do not know how it compares to Perimeter or Cumberland Galleria but I think it outranks the Dallas Galleria area.
Perimeter Center needs to be at #9, it has more office space than Uptown. And you left off Cumberland/Galleria, which should probably be slotted behind Uptown and ahead of Downtown Fort Worth with over 20 million sf of office space. Forth Worth has approximately 12 million sf.
Here are my rankings of the CBD's. This will help determine which is actually more urban/denser/ bigger city feel etc.. Please if anyone has knowledge or can help make an accurate ranking please assist. If you have pictures to prove it please post them.

I can’t wait for the day that folks accept these three for their strengths and their weaknesses.
The Memorial City mall is just across the Beltway from the energy Cortidor. Keep in mind that we are talking about only the 5th largest business district in Houston so no one is writing home about the Energy Corridor. We should start with Downtown and then go from there.

That’s even besides the point.
Downtown and Midtown alone contain over 50 million square feet of office space vs 43 million as feet for Houston’s CBD. Downtown and Midtown form Atlanta’s CBD. Not just DTA.
Over all, Atlanta has 220 million sq ft vs 231 sq ft million for Houston. Houston is a larger region by at least 400-500k depending on the definition, so it should have more office space.

I really don’t think people realize just how big Perimeter Center and Cumberland really are.
Houston metro is actually larger than Atlanta metro by almost one million people at this point. Makes sense that Atlanta has a lot of office space since it's also a state capital. Looking at the same source (Colliers), Atlanta is actually closer to Houston in overall office space (230M vs 225M).

True. But I was saying at minimum if folks prefer CSA over MSA.
North Fulton, which is centered on Alpharetta has 29.5 million sq ft above Perimeter Center, which has 29.6 million sq ft. Alpharetta is a freaking monster!
