I have never heard of that song before and i live in the Bay lol and as somebody mentioned earlier, the City of San Jose basically started calling themselves the "Capital of Silicon Valley", it's not something that's official.

Oakland. Home of Black Panther Party, great sports team, music and inner city culture, notoriety for crime, diversity, brooklyn of the west coast. I love Oakland. It has so much soul that you dont find as much out west.
