There doesn't seem to be a ranking in the tables for MSAs, but here are the top 20 CSAs for numeric increase from 2018-2019. Remember, this list doesn't include growth powerhouse Austin, since there isn't a CSA. If Austin's MSA were a CSA, it would be 61,586 and be between Orlando and Seattle.

Thanks Trafalger Law, That list ^ is exactly what I was looking for. I gave you a Rep Point for that

I Cannot believe Jacksonville grew Faster than Miami.

Pittsburgh one of the few Metros where Deaths outnumber births

The Best most healthy cities seem to have a combination of A) High Birth Rate, B) Positive International Migration and C) Positive Domestic Migration

By that Metric Chicago is in Horrible Shape. It's Births and International Migration are being completely Wiped out by it's Negative Out Migration ...33,000 births 15,000 international migration, But -74,000 domestic Out Migration...No wonder the City isn't growing, Why don't Americans seem to like Chicago : (

On the Other hand (otoh) Atlanta is doing great across the board. 31,000 births, 12,000 International and 31, 000 domestic

Can't Believe Memphis outgrew St Louis, Detroit, and New Orleans combined

The thing about Memphis MSA is that it has absorbed too many counties in Mississippi that are shrinking..that may be what's partially holding it back
