Lol.. quit being desperate. The show is intended to be DC and is filmed in multiple locations including DC. Sorry but noone is thinking about BMore when watching House of Cards. does the opening scene or any of the White House shots look like BMore to you?
Perhaps they are similar enough that they film there as a stand in for DC? Lol..

I couldn't care less about the show; I've never watched a single episode. I only chime in when Baltimore is involved. What you're talking about means nothing to me.

Desperate.... if you watched the show, you would know they heavily showcase DC as a main backdrop as DC's culture is a huge part of the show including most of their promotional material showcasing DC sights.

I do not care about the back drop. If you watched the show, you're seeing Baltimore. If a fan wanted to go to the restaurant where they filmed a scene, or go to the train station where the girl got pushed in front of the train, they would be coming to Baltimore.

That's the reality of the situation.
Ok.... I get it, it must suck being in the shadows. Tons of films/shows are filmed in cheaper locations but the main shots are usually of the intended city. Nobody is watching House of Cards and thinking... oh, BMore!
The Block M isn’t very distinctive but NYC, Philly and Boston all have pretty different branding.
The “T” is used in a couple cities with Boston being the most famous) same with “the Subway” is used in NYC. “The Metro or Metrorail” is the branding for tons of cities in the world
Minneapolis has a T logo but is called Metro/Metrorail
I like the St. Louis one best... the rest all look similar except Septa but I don't really like it.

Wrong again. The back drop for The Blacklist is DC, but the show is actually filmed in NYC. NYC is in DC's shadow too, right?
