I like tomboys (not butch, I mean straight tomboys). Don't know about Phoenix, but I haven't met many tomboys anywhere in California, or for that matter, here in OKC.
If you're looking for more feminine women, then there's plenty of them anywhere you go. I'd recommend LA for that--very fashionable women. If you're into Asians or Mexicans LA is great. But of course you probably wouldn't want an obese woman. So maybe SLC or Denver, with the lowest obesity rates, would be great. You'd want to stay away from OKC, with its high obesity rate. If you're stuck in the South, then Atlanta has a lower obesity rate than many other Southern cities.

Philadelphia, can easily spot out a woman from Philadelphia in a crowd of 100. May sound crazy but there's definitely a "look" that all Philly women have, white black, hispanic, they all have that "look" and expression.
