From my experience and my preference... DC and Atlanta and Houston
Yea I'm from DC but its not a bias but an honest opinion. I travel for my job and has spent a substantial amount of time in pretty much every major city (never been to the bay area). Every time I come back home it makes me appreciate the DC area women more. And its not just the black women but the white women have stepped their game up here over the last decade, let alone all the other ethnicities in the area.
Miami has beautiful women but my extent of visiting is basically confined to the strip so who knows if they are from there or vacationing.
From my observation is this. Texas has the best looking White American women. If you like black women your best bet is Atlanta. The sunbelt in general have better looking women. Miami has some of the best looking women. II don't remember Arizona having hot women, but then again I visited Arizona in the summer so women might have been inside. 'm from NYC, and I don't think NYC has hot women, but a variety is good. Vegas has some hot cougars and milfs if someone is into that.
So how does Texas have the best looking white women? I thought Texas has a high obesity rate. Wouldn't the best looking women be in Colorado, with a low obesity rate? Or in Minnesota, with tall, natural blondes?
I don't know, maybe Texas women these days are getting a lot more exercise and a lot of tall blondes from the North have been migrating down South.

Sheer population size. Texas has more of everything. But yes, on average, people in Colorado seem thinner.

Man, Texas is larger than Colorado in raw numbers. Not many people will be obese there and being in good shape doesn't automatically make one attractive.

Man, Texas is larger than Colorado in raw numbers. Not many people will be obese there and being in good shape doesn't automatically make one attractive.
