Are we sure about the schools aspect, especially if essentially the LA metro and the Bay Area are about the equivalent of NYC being left out for CA?

I also say that because many of the NY cities have at least some good magnet, charter and private options within them. For instance, Buffalo’s City Honors has been a highly regarded school on the national level by some publications.

I know that this is subjective, but it is interesting to see how people come up with their answers.
