33% unemployment rate in Vegas...holy crap. Literally 1 out of 3 people are out of work. If the entire country was like Vegas, the entire country would collapse. Seattle having one of the higher unemployment rates is surprising.

Probably an undercount for a lot of places. SD Association of Governments estimated San Diego's at around 25% at the end of April.

Do Fresno, Tuscon and Tulsa even have a ton of jobs to lose? Even in normal times, their economies are exceptionally "meh."

At least with Tuscon, the jobs thy do have are largely in the defense industry, which (as always) was least affected by this event.
