Both are nice, but Beaufort is idyllic. I'm going with Beaufort because both the houses and trees are more impressive. As a side note, I used to visit Bainbridge frequently when I lived in Tallahassee. It's overshadowed by nearby Thomasville which is bigger and a more popular day-trip destination, but it's a great town set on the Flint River. Southwest Georgia is an underrated region IMO.
