I was within a few blocks of that Portland streetview this past weekend!
That area of Boise is pretty, I don't remember the city being that lush outside the North End. But I like the Portland neighborhood's sidewalks and being close to the overlook onto the Willamette River (even if most of what you see is heavy industry, it's still a view). Arbor Lodge isn't a bad place to be, you're between the commercial corridor on Interstate Ave and the gorgeous Cathedral Park which I always show people when I'm taking them to Portland.
I'll take Pelham, looks more like a place that bothers to keep up its urbanity and actually wants pedestrians. I also tend to like brick buildings when it isn't uniform brick in a uniform color, since it adds a feeling of permanence.
I like Bremerton - not only because I was a huge MxPx fan back in the day, but I prefer the spaced-out single family homes rather than rows of apartment homes. The hills are nice as well.

I like Vestal. The view is a bit more impressive, and I prefer the more classic look of the housing as opposed to Jamesville's modern 'McMansion' style.

Vancouver. That area in Tijuana doesn't look bad, but I like that part of Vancouver better. BTW someone above posted a Beaumont vs. Reno neighborhood comparison that I was going to reply to(but forgot to before someone else replied), and I also thought the same way. Liked how colorful the houses were in Reno, but preferred the feel(the houses, red brick sidewalk, and that the streets weren't as wide) in Beaumont better.

Comparing both these 2 areas, I like the one in Hattiesburg better. This nearby block in Parkhaven especially caught my attention, in Hattiesburg: https://goo.gl/maps/GpnR71WUxCVCBguS8
