I love the city life. I'm just wondering if it's worth it to live in Manhattan right now. Everyone is leaving in MASS due to Covid-19 and the QUALITY OF LIFE is much better in Chicago.

Sounds like you've already made up your mind, so not sure what there is to discuss. Have fun in Chicago!

I would move to Chicago, experience a new great city. You can always return in a few years if Chicago is not for you.

And if you can keep that $120k salary in Chicago then start packing.

You can afford Manhattan with a $120k salary. Whether its worth it or not is different.
