Right. I hang out in Bushwick a lot and it's obvious.
There was a tragedy a couple years ago where a 4 year old Mexican immigrant girl was fatally hit by a car.

Clearly there are still people coming in one way or another. But like I said, Mexicans have been in New York for 25 years and the immigrants's kids are having A LOT of kids themselves.
