I’ve been to Big Bend twice and absolutely loved it, but I’ll take the new experience at Organ Pipe Cactus
Chico California vs Charlottesville, Virginia
Charlottesville, more history more to do. i remember taking a 8th grade school field trip here on the way to DC, we stopped in Charlottesville to see "Monticello" Thomas Jeffersons house
Burlington Vermont (Lake Champlain) or Gainesville Georgia (Lake Lanier)

Burlington. The heart of the city is much more connected to the lake. It’s impressive standing in the heart of downtown and looking out over Lake Champlain to the Adirondacks on the other side. It’s great to be able to walk from the lakefront to everything in the city center too. Admittedly, I’m not as familiar with Lake Lanier, but it seems like more of Lake Champlain’s waterfront is publicly accessible.

Ocean City, MD or Virginia Beach, VA?
Virginia Beach. Not for that city's attractions but Norfolk, Williamsburg, etc. Six Flags St. Louis or Six Flags Over Georgia near Atlanta?

It appears per looking up both parks that Six Flags Over Georgia is a little bigger, so I'll go with that one. I'm sure Six Flags St. Louis isn't bad either, but just would rather hit the bigger park.
I guess what the heck, I'll bring up this comparison. Where I could see either park may be preferred, based on what one prefers for rides at an amusement park: Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH, or Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL?
Cedar Point in the summer. Orlando in the winter. Weather matters! But I’ve never been to either one, though I did do Disney in Anaheim when the kids were little.

Lake Tahoe, since I get the feeling there would be more to do near there. Although I'm sure Lake Placid also is nice, I think I'd lean Lake Tahoe for this question.

Utica, NY, or Binghamton, NY?
Utica for the food; chicken riggies and tomato pie. Best city in Upstate for Italian/American food.
Cape Breton Highlands National Park (NS Canada) or Gros Morne National Park (Newfoundland, Canada)?

They both look very nice. For whatever weird reason to me, Gros Morne looks a little Glacier National Park/Waterton Lakes National Park(Montana/Alberta)-esque, as well! I guess I'd pick Cape Breton, since I'd like to see the coastline of northern Nova Scotia for myself.
Saint John, New Brunswick, or Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island?
Smoky mountains in spring, summer or fall. Beautiful flora in spring & fall. Cooler temps at higher altitudes in summer to escape heat. Gulf coast beaches for kids in summer.
