Traverse City... as someone who was born in Michigan and has visited many times, but has never been north of Muskegon, it's the more intriguing destination for me.

Uncasville, CT or Atlantic City, NJ?

Atlantic City, easy. It has history, the shore and way more casinos to choose from. Plus, there are plenty of great shore towns nearby. Uncasville is basically one resort/casino and nothing else.

Portland, OR or Portland, ME?

Portland, ME by the biggest landslide possible. I have been to both and the Oregon one was...scary... Once was enough. Was planning on a trip to Maine this year but hoping to move it to 2021 instead.

NY mountain time. Catskills or Adirondacks?

Adirondacks for the wonderful chain of lakes, and Whiteface & Lake Placid in the winter.

Going Skiing...

Telluride, CO or Jackson Hole, WY?

I've never skied before, so I don't know which has better ski options; but I'd rather visit Jackson just because of its proximity to the Grand Tetons.

Where would you rather go camping:
Ouachita National Forest, Arkansas / Oklahoma

or

Gulf Islands National Seashore, Florida / Mississippi?

For a purely camping experience, Ouachita National Forest. But overall Gulf Islands National Seashore, Like the location better

Would you rather visit Louisiana or Georgia

If it's summer time, it would be a very tough choice. I've never been to Minnesota, but I have been to the shores of Lake Superior and it's amazing. I'd love to go back.

But I'd have to pick Austin. There's so much there to do and see in any season. Amazing food (BBQ and TexMex), the hill country, Lake Travis, Univ of Texas, state capital...

Would you rather visit the San Juan Islands or New York/Ontario's Thousand Islands?

The United States for sure. More things to do, better cities.

Seattle, WA or Tampa, FL?
