Seattle, WA or Tampa, FL?
Tampa, hands down. Warmer, sunnier, people are more pleasant, more to do that my family and I enjoy doing, incredible beaches, doesn't have the social/political turmoil to have to deal with as a tourist that Seattle has.

Chicago I’m a lot more familiar with.
Philly is more historic and I haven’t done much there yet so it gets the nod.

Atlanta! More to do and a bit more cosmopolitan, a lot more cosmopolitan.
Kansas City, I've been to St. Louis and enjoyed my visit, but I'd go to KC for the Barbeque and the fountains.
