Probably Indiana for Indianapolis alone. Okefenokee Swamp in GA or Everglades in FL?
I don't think either swamp would be bad to visit, but I'd probably lean towards Everglades since it's bigger.
Florida Caverns State Park in north Florida(panhandle region, near FL town of Marianna), or Rickwood Caverns State Park in north Alabama(just north of Birmingham, near AL town of Warrior)?

Florida Caverns is really neat, but I've been there multiple times; so I'm going with Rickwood Caverns.
Side note on Florida Caverns: While the caves are still intact, unfortunately Hurricane Michael in 2018 destroyed much of the forest there, so the once pristine nature trails have lost nearly all of their allure. One of the trails used to go right next to what was at the time Florida's champion magnolia, a truly magnificent tree that was destroyed in the storm.

Princeton, New Jersey or Ithaca, New York?
Princeton. Sounds interesting. Six Flags Great Adventure in NJ or Six Flags Great America in IL?

That's really awful, that Hurricane Michael destroyed much of the forest near Florida Caverns! Sad news, though I would still like to visit Florida Caverns one day myself. Speaking of Hurricane Michael(and now I'm suddenly remembering again about its path), I do wonder if that hurricane caused a lot of damage in one part of the panhandle I really liked, myself. I don't know if it'd be appropriate to bring up for this thread(since I don't want to sidetrack this thread too much from the primary ____ vs _____ discussions, here), so I'll PM you my Hurricane Michael question later.

Kingston, New York or Kingston, Ontario?
These are 2 cities I've never looked up much info about, myself. While I'm sure Kingston, Ontario is nice, I'll side with the one in NY, since I'd LOVE to visit the Trolley Museum of New York. Yep as a railfan, you know which one I'll side with. Although the penitentiary in Kingston, ON, is one I wouldn't mind seeing one day. That said, my huge railfan side of me wins on this battle, narrowly. I was about to pick Kingston, ON, till I noticed that when googling museums and other things to do in both Kingston cities.
I'm surprised I hadn't brought up this comparison yet. For the record I've visited the latter but not yet the former, but I have no doubt I will ABSOLUTELY change that and visit there on my next Cincy trip. And yes, I am an EXTREMELY huge fan of neon signs! Anyway: American Sign Museum in Cincinnati, or the Neon Museum in Las Vegas?

Since I'm going to Las Vegas next year, I'll go with the Neon Museum. Battle of the small town zoos: Tyler Texas' Caldwell Zoo or Lufkin Texas' Ellen Trout Zoo?

I'll go with the one in Tyler as it's quite a bit bigger. Additionally, I think Tyler has more options for dining and accommodations after our day at the zoo

Bradenton, Florida or Mobile, Alabama?
Mobile, as I'd like to more deeply explore that city myself. I'm sure Bradenton might be an alright southwest Florida Gulf city, but to me Mobile is more intriguing for me to visit. And that Bradenton might be a possible side destination to go to, if I were to visit Sarasota.

Cheyenne, WY, or Scottsbluff, NE?
No doubt there's Western history to explore in both... but I'd choose Cheyenne;
it would be a good base for exploring the Rockies of WY & N CO.
Mississippi or Alabama?
