BPt111, I’m always curious where you get your numbers from LA from. I’m not disputing them, it’s just the official LAPD numbers always lag a bit.

Where do you get NYC at 33? No way. Compstat has 17 for the year, and 33 for the 28 day period..which goes back to last year. I think you confused the two.

I think nyc has more than 17. There have 4 murders including one today that happened since you wrote 17 the last time.
