Could you tell me where you get your stats?

According to Universal Hub, Boston has only had 10 murders so far this year.

It really isnt that hard to look at murders in greater Boston area. FOr example, Wakefield murder.. the article pops up. I did town by town this year.

For Boston, I have no idea its between 10-14. BPD says 11. The Hub says 10. Other sources say 13. No idea.

If you would've told people even 5 years ago that one day these two cities would have identical homicide rates, you'd be a circus in of itself.

Knowing San Diego, it's probably still at 0. Wouldn't surprise me anyway. For Charleston to have only 1 is impressive, especially compared to its peer Savannah. Meanwhile for Seattle to have only a 3rd of its peer Portland (or a quarter in per capita rate) is also impressive. Seattle also had a bad year last year. For most of the other cities though, it looks like it's one thing about 2021 that's worse than 2020.
