Pzifer too. Most Development and production is in MA. So really all three had a strong tie to MA(Boston area)

So Boston will probably continue to march up the list of most influential cities as it grows R/D which is wildly important right now as market conditions favor that in every way. Boston's large RD/Lab space will double by 2025... And Cambridge's will increase by 35-50%. Especially around the GLX. If things go as planned, Boston might be even more dominant in coming years.

Philadelphia has a strong and growing biotech scene in the billions. Its always had a strong pharmaceutical sector (but mostly in the suburbs).

Here is the link to the Schuylkill Yards project under construction currently in Philadelphia https://schuylkillyards.com/developm...huylkill-yards

Which is an approximate $7 Billion development project focused on biotech development with large high rises planned, and groundbreaking scheduled for later this year.

University City is basically the "Cambridge" of Boston.

Correct. People in the west think of Charlotte and Atlanta as southern cities. I'd imagine most people in the south would agree with that as well, save CD posters from Atlanta who think Atlanta is the east coast.

Atlanta is the East Coast, Charlotte is as well. People keep saying we aren't, that it's 'the South.' Well, DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York and Boston are 'the North,' so they shouldn't count either.

I don't care, there is absolutely zero reason why it shouldn't be considered East Coast. 'Dixie' is the equivalent of 'Yankee' for your home area. Regardless, they are both East Coast.

I think like East for Atlanta. But not east coast. The Northeast big five, Miami and like Jacksonville are east coast.

But then Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, Richmond, Orlando are east

I think the label "East Coast" is often applied to all major cities in the Eastern time zone, except for places like Detroit and Cleveland that are obviously in the Midwest. Those of us residing in Atlanta are very much aware that our geographic location is not literally on the East Coast.
