Houston has quite a few new roads too.. ..less crowded, well .. ..maybe. I-15 wasn't a walk in the park for me but I-10 is worse.

As far as newer roads go, Houston has:
W.Park Tollway
TX-288 upgrades
Various sections of TX-99
Tomball Tollway (north of 99)
Fortbend Pkwy Toll
