You were doing pretty good until you got to the last one.

There's really no Philadelphia analogue for Bethesda, whose downtown is more intensely developed than any of Philadelphia's suburban downtowns.

But I will allow that Bethesda is Collingswood on steroids. Or Ardmore with taller buildings.

That's why I included a (?) to mark my uncertainty about the accuracy of the matchup. They aren't all that dissimilar though.
