Yeah, I can see that as well. I've been trying to keep up with growth in CTX and between Austin and San Antonio is filling in pretty quickly. Heard of a lot of land being bought in Jarrell by a company. Rumors of Disney building a park there are floating around even though it's been denied. It'll be interesting to see how some of the small towns between Temple and Austin fill in. I had a drs appt today in Killeen and heading there from Belton I see more homes and businesses have popped up. Another thing I read in the newspaper recently is that people either priced out of Austin or can't afford to move there are looking at Killeen/Temple as an alternative. Although I don't see how anyone could or want to do that 70 mile or so commute everyday.

I can't see that. That's a horrible commute for anyone. Georgetown and Killeen and Temple are still 30 miles apart and it's not that expensive.

I just moved out of Austin (Overated) and indeed if someone is looking to escape the tech induced housing mayhem in Austin Temple and to a lesser extend Killeen will become increasingly attractive. with Dallas and Houston being quick drives away it will be a good alternative. I hear good things about Fayetteville/Sprindale AR area. is just kinda remotish.
