I used to think this was only a New Orleans thing. Police don't even chase them anymore and they also get on the freeways there. They do it in Denver too but not much from my experience.
Baltimore is not NEARLY as bad as purported to be. When I moved here I thought it be way worse, but honestly it pales compared to Southern New England.
Not even not at all. It's way more prevalent in Boston tbh. I thought Baltimore would be worse. I really did but aside from Sundays its very tame and there's punishments for letting them fill up at gas stations. Dudes might come to Fells but its really isn't nearly as prevalent as I would've thought I go days without seeing ATV riders. Philadelphia is the worst.
I know it started in Bmore but as far as I can tell they’ve really put the clamps on it, hard. It was perfected in Philly.

Entirely depends on where you're at the city. You're not going to see them in Fells or Fed the way you see them on Westside or North East
I drove through the city yesterday and I wasn't even 2 minutes in before we saw Dirt Bike/ATV's getting ready to go out in force lol
Im all over the city bro every day- I drive uber. Its not that bad IMO
Form Cedonia/Cedmont to Curtis Bay to Park Heights to Beechfield to Broening Heights- Im everywhere. I know its sounds needlessly contrarian but its not as prevalent as I was led to believe I've been told its been tamped down on heavily. At the gas station, I go to on Pulaski I see there's a 1000 fine for having dirtbikes fill up.
I see them going crazy on Reisterstown Road on Sundays and then they move all around the city. but like on a normal day I might see one. Until the recent police crackdown- they were in Fells heavily at night. They hda to make barricades and stuff to stop them.
