Philadelphia has taken out some major eyesores in the form of vacant/highly-underutilized lots in embarrassingly prominent locations in/around Center City. The developments have made an incredible impact on the overall character of their respective streets due to the sheer scale/street presence.

I can only hope that this trend continues in the 2020s.

Some parts of the Strip District in Pittsburgh are so newly-developed that there is no Street View of them from before 2019.
