Brooklyn was never majority African American and today isnt even 30% African American. Brooklyn IMO has always been depicted as and well known for wide cultural diversity while being prominently African American for a long time. But I've always been aware there Orthodox Jews, Irish Russians, Puerto Ricans and a lot of West Indians.

So I don't think either of you are wrong (except for majority african american)

Nice list.

I would add Indians: New Jersey, Dallas, Chicago

I would also add Chicago to your Greek list, #2 in population in U.S. with a Greektown. Even Betty White was part Greek and from Oak Park, IL.

For Brazilians in addition to SoFla MA has a huge Portuguese population from both Portugal, Cape Verde, and Brazil.
Possibly Gisele Bundchen's relationship with Tom Brady may have attracted Brazilians to America and there is several Instagram influencers/models from Brazil living in the Miami Area. In addition Gisele is of German descent as well.
Posen MI is 70 percent Polish descent
Some Wisconsin communities by Lake Winnebago to Manitowoc all the way to the south Green Bay suburbs are strictly 60 to 80 percent German

I also once read a lot of Polish residents settled near Pittsburgh, as well. I remember reading St. Louis had a lot of Bosnian residents, as well.

I seem to remember hearing Nashville has a noticeable Kurdish immigrant population, as well.
