Good point. You have Aventura, Boca Raton, Lighthouse Point, Highland Beach, Jupiter, etc that have many > $10m home sales. None are included.

In Boca alone, 35 homes sold in 2021 for $10m or more. That’s insane.

For a city of 97,000 (200,000+ people live in its unincorporated areas too), Boca Raton is absolutely nuts. It has 16 private schools within its borders alone. Super famous rappers from NYC (A$AP Mob) are even making whole entire popular rap videos on YouTube that are explicitly about Boca and its wealth now.
